A01: Yes, some of the jewellery is directly sourced from the craftspeople and some is sourced from wholesalers who deal directly with the craftspeople. If an item has been sourced from another country it will be stated next to the item.

A02: No. We are not part of the Fair Trade organisation as we deal directly with craftsmen and wholesalers but you can be assured we do pay a fair wage for all items and most of our suppliers support local village projects too.                                                                                                                                 

A03: Yes, you can click here to donate, and specify that you want your money to go to the craftspeople, if you specifically see a project you want to donate to let us know and we can find a direct link for you

A04: Email us with the item you want and the quantity, colour, size if applicable, please note that items stated as unique on the website are unique and we are unable to restock these however we will always try to offer you the closest alternative

A05: Unfortunately at the moment we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or broken. This does NOT include marks that some items are made with due to the natural materials it was made with.

A06: Gift vouchers are redeemable against any item of any value, you will be prompted to put in your voucher code at the checkout stage where your bill will be discounted.

A07:Becoming a free member of Amaziah means you will recieve regular email updates so you can be the first to see new stock and developments. Members will also be entered into prize draws and recieve exclusive discount codes                                                                                                                          

A08: If you select first class it will arrive in 1-2 working days, other parcels should arrive in 3-5 working days, please allow time for weekends and bank holidays.
