A01: Yes, some of the jewellery is directly sourced from the craftspeople and some is sourced from wholesalers who deal directly with the craftspeople. If an item has been sourced from another country it will be stated next to the item. A02: No. We are not part of the Fair Trade organisation as we deal directly with craftsmen and wholesalers but you can be assured we do pay a fair wage for all items. A03: Yes, you can click here to donate, and specify that you want your money to go to the craftspeople. A04: Each item has a stock code for example BR01, please email us stating the code of the item you would like and the colour and quanity etc. We will do our best to restock the item and inform you whether it is possible or not. A05: Unfortunately at the moment we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or broken. This does NOT include scratches or marks that some items are made with due to the natural materials it was made with. A06: Gift vouchers are redeemable against any item of any value, you will be prompted to put in your voucher code at the checkout stage where your bill will be discounted. A07:Becoming a free member of Amaziah means you will recieve regular email updates so you can be the first to see new stock and developments. We also have a members only section which includes a large range of style and beauty tips & tutorials, a blog, competitions and more.
